Execution
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with an overhand grip
wider than shoulder-width, up to snatch grip width.
- pull the bar vertically up along your body, leading with your elbows
- keep the bar close to your torso as it rises
- pull until the bar reaches chin height, elbows pointing outward and upward
- lower the bar in control back to the starting position
When the weight gets heavy, cheat the bar up. Do reps until you can still
perform lengthened half of a rep.
